These last several years I have been exploring, entertaining, and in some cases discarding, adopting, or tabling various ideas. These ideas range from politically incorrect to outright illegal in some countries—thought crimes to even consider. My point is not to try to convince you, here, of any of these things, but of having the temerity of broaching them.
I have acquired a certain fatigue. It is a fatigue caused by being told for over fifty years that certain ideas and narratives are off-limits, set-apart. Sacred. I have found that the only relief for this fatigue is not to rest, but to stop resting. In this era of a strangled and heavily curated internet, the day is getting late. Soon the opportunities to ask, research, to find reliable information, books, websites—may slip through all of our fingers.

Whatever your worldview, religion, political affiliation, or further way of being subdivided, separated, categorized, catalogued and tracked for marketing and national security, I hope we all can agree on this at least—the world has gone strange and those things we had used to navigate life are no longer bedrock. Institutions that taught and guided us, media that informed us, organizations that grouped us and gave us a sense of community, have all fractured, failed, compromised. Stewards have tried to wear the Crown, and everybody wants to rule the world.
We are orphaned, adrift.

So I was laying awake last night thinking “what if’s”, all the many I have been exposed to in my short(ish) life. What if any one or more are true. What does that change for you and I?
What if—what if we haven’t been a true representative democracy since X event or year? What if our elections haven’t been free or unmanipulated since said event or year? What if there is no difference in the policies carried out in different parties especially at a national level. What if hereditary royalty are no worse and sometimes better than what we suffer with?
What if Neil Degrasse Tyson is dead wrong and the Earth is flat? And the Sun revolves around a stationary Earth? What if the creation of oil under the crust of the Earth is not a one-time event but an ongoing process? What if EV cars are a political tool that pollute more in their manufacture than they save in their operation?

What if everything we’ve been taught about wars the U.S has been in is wrong? Is it possible we’ve been the villain once or twice, a patsy or muscle for another country, group, or organization? What if, as Sting hoped in the 1980’s, the Russians love their children, too?
What if 9/11 was an inside job, the Gulf of Tonkin incident a false flag? What if we actually instigated World War II with Germany and Japan to get out of The Great Depression? What if there was no need to drop two nuclear bombs on Japan to end the war in the Pacific? What if those bombs weren’t actually nuclear?
What if The Church Committee was a controlled release of information? What if what we were told about what the CIA had been up to with MKULTRA was the bare minimum to placate us, that the program itself was never terminated, that only the name was changed, that it’s roots run deeper into the early decades of the 20th century?
What if McCarthy was right?
What if the Earth is changed more by sudden catastrophes and massive disasters than be millions of years of wind and water? What if the Earth, and everything in it by default, is relatively young? What if Darwin’s ideas about evolution between species is laughably wrong? What if man has a Creator?
What if “there are more things in heaven and earth, Horatio, than are dreamt of in your philosophy” is a true statement?
What if psychology is more an art than a science? What if many of our leading scientists are practicing scientism rather than doing science?
What if we are it and there are no aliens in the Universe? What if string theory, unified field theory and the idea of a multiverse are silly? What if truth can be known through our senses, and that truths cannot contradict one another and both remain true? What if Aquinas got it right, and the vast majority of philosophy since his time have been a decline in proper exercise of logic and reason?
What if Pop-Tarts are actually good for you? A man can dream, can’t he?
What if The Enlightenment wasn’t, and The Dark Ages were full of light?
What if Uri Gagarin wasn’t the first man to orbit the Earth, and we never actually got to the Moon? What if no one has?
What if Daylight Savings Time saves no money and kills people?
What if the main reason for The Civil War had nothing to do with slavery? What if Lincoln wasn’t a good man, and slavery as an institution was perhaps only decades away from a quiet end?
What if the main purpose of the internet, long-term, is to propagandize us, get us hooked on dopamine especially through social media, shopping, and pornography, to be a primary means of sociological control?
What if many of these social media companies have deep ties to alphabet agencies, and some of them were bankrolled for their start-up? What if their metrics are fully available to these agencies? What if Cambridge Analytica are small fries compared to the data that alphabet agencies harvest to influence you? What if they are very good at what they do?
What if Seinfeld was a show about something after all? And Friends was just Seinfeld for a different generation?
What if weather manipulation is real and has been for decades? What if it has been weaponized on more than one occasion? What if anthropogenic global warming is just another way to manipulate us and keep people split into warring tribes?
What if the United Nations is more cultic than political?
What if—what if there really is a global network of child and adult human trafficking that feeds the 1% of 1%’s sick appetites, and these people run the show?
What if Reality TV Shows weren’t, but were a gateway drug to TikTok-type apps? What if your favorite shows like The Voice and America’s Got Talent are scripted, and your favorite amazing singer is using live pitch correction and is singing through a stack of electronics to help him or her along?
What if I’m just no fun?
What if Epstein and P Diddy are just the low level dirtbag expendables in the network, thrown out the window like the Jonbenet Ramsey case or Michael Jackson’s dangling baby to give us a soap opera to distract us for a while?
What if we are mindlessly easy to manipulate?
What if The Georgia Guidestones’ goals regarding global population reduction to half a billion are being pursued and implemented? What if they select you for culling in the next wave of reduction?
What if there are only two genders and this is dictated through chromosomal expression in healthy developing in utero babies? What if I’m going to jail just for saying this?
What if revolt against the British Crown was manufactured by colonial elites who just wanted to run the Big Machine? What if the Glorious American Revolution was astroturf manipulation to get things hot enough to suck in the hoi polloi who at heart thought themselves good Englishmen and loyal subjects of the Crown?
What if we’ve always been run by oligarchy, underneath all the “of the people, by the people, for the people” rhetoric?
What if this as good as it gets?
What if The Flintstones were ahistorical and The Jetsons were a promise that was never meant to be fulfilled, a purposefully failed future from our past?
As a wrap, remember this: if we have learned nothing else since the implementation of Covid we should have learned that any time someone is trying to provoke us to fear or anger, it is in order to manipulate. We cannot function rationally in this state. We cannot reason or consider what is proposed through the window of logic, whether the shouted conclusion follows from the premise.
My purpose here is more of joyfully stirring the pot, not for anger, but to consider a few sacred cows that pop up with a turn of the stick. And just maybe to poke some fun at myself while I’m at it.
Loooove this!!!!!
